**Returns Policy**
Our returns policy is aligned with the rights granted under Jamaica's Consumer Protection Act 2005. Should any issues arise with the items received in your order, our STATIONERY WORLD AND BOOK CENTER Customer Care team is readily available to assist you.
STATIONERY WORLD AND BOOK CENTER is pleased to facilitate refunds for purchases within 30 days of delivery, with the refunded amount credited to the original payment card.
In the event of receiving an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, kindly notify us promptly, providing evidence of the issue. We may request the return of the item for assessment.
For unwanted goods, the return must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in fully resalable condition, with all accompanying tags intact. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are not returned in the original packaging, in a saleable condition, or if they are damaged.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable for preference returns, and exchanges are not available for online purchases.
If you bear the expense of shipping the item(s) back to Kingston Bookshop due to an error on our part, we will refund your shipping costs upon processing the return.
Before returning any items, please contact STATIONERY WORLD AND BOOK CENTER Customer Care to obtain a Return Authorization Form. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted. At our discretion, we may provide means for a cost-free return or an alternate remedy.
STATIONERY WORLD AND BOOK CENTER is not obligated to accept returns for a change of mind. If accepted, you will be responsible for return postage or return to a store, and a store credit, excluding shipping costs, will be granted for the approved returned item.
Ensure secure packaging to prevent movement inside the package, and items must be received in new and re-saleable condition (unless a damaged item has been accepted for return).
For approved returns, store credits and refunds will only cover the item returned and do not include return postage or the original shipping charge.
Returns and refunds are not applicable to the following product types:
- Gift Certificates
- eBooks
- Opened CDs and DVDs
- Multi-media products
- Other Digital Content
- Bulk Orders under Final Sale terms
Upon receiving your return, we will process it within 1-3 business days, and you should expect to see your refund in your account within 5-7 business days after receiving the 'Refund Complete' update email. If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days from the update email, please contact our Customer Care team at info@StationeryWorldandBookCenterOnlineStore.com.
