An Easy Approach to Composition Infant 1 & 2

This book contains exercises which help teach composition to children from ages 5 to 7 years. Exercises in this book were designed to be done using the shared writing approach.
Shared writing is a powerful teaching strategy. It allows the teacher to work with the whole class demonstrating through modeling the writing process. It also encourages students to look at and talk about other writers’ choices of words, phrases and sentences.
In this way they are able to create a link between what they read and how they write. They can use these written text as models for their own writing.
