Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books showing obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — posting may be delayed.
- Contact your bank — processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@swbcja.com and send the item to:
5 Lower Sandrigham Avenue, Kingston 10.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:

- You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping time for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
- For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
